Transcriptomic Data Analysis Training

This training session dives deeply into understanding your transcriptomics data, the best formats, the analysis process and tips on interpretation. You'll see how to rapidly understand biological processes most perturbed in your data sets, or across multiple time points or experimental conditions using the Seralogix Analysis and Modeling Visualization Manager (AMVIZmanager). You will learn how to interact with your data to get the most from the analysis and our visualization and animation interface. You'll also get an introduction to functional analysis, significance calculations, dynamic Bayesian Gene Group Activation scoring and how AMVIZmanager can help you understand the cause and effect of gene/protein perturbations from a systems biology perspective.

Proteomics Data Analysis Training

This training session dives deeply into understanding your proteomics data, the best formats, the analysis process and tips on interpretation. Special attention will be given to data integration when transcriptomic and proteomic data are merged from a single experiment. You'll see how to rapidly understand biological processes most perturbed in your data sets, or across multiple time points or experimental conditions using the Seralogix Analysis and Modeling Visualization Manager (AMVIZmanager). You will learn how to interact with your data to get the most from the analysis and our visualization and animation interface. You'll also get an introduction to functional analysis, significance calculations, dynamic Bayesian Gene Group Activation scoring and how AMVIZmanager can help you understand the cause and effect of gene/protein perturbations from a systems biology perspective.

Biological Systems Training

This training session focuses on how to set up a design of experiments for multi-perturbation studies (gene knockouts, etc.) necessary to generate data for canonical pathway merger system models. We will examine results of these system level models and how they are derived. Here we demonstrate the strength of our pathway merger tools in the ability to visualize signaling networks for altered conditions or states due to change in experimental conditions. We highlight how to optimize the visualization of your perturbations on a network visualization tools and how to interpret results derived from our several interaction prediction algorithms.

Interactome Analysis and Modeling Training

This training session focuses on how to set up a design of experiments for multi-perturbation studies necessary to generate data for structure learning between pathogen and host or drug and host. We will examine results of the interactome models that were either derived from network structure learning with emphasis on host and pathogen protein-protein interaction. One aspect of systems biology is to integrate complex interactions of biological systems. Here we demonstrate the strength of our structure learning and the ability to visualize signaling interaction networks between two biological systems. We highlight how to optimize the visualization of your interactions of interest on our network visualization tools and how to interpret results derived from our several interaction prediction algorithms.

Next Generation DNA Sequencing Variant Analysis Training

This training is on the use of our DNA sequencing analysis engine and interpretation of results. DNA next gen sequencing data will be analyzed and mined for biologically relevant variants. Case studies will be employed such as the complex cross-comparative analyses associated with a particular phenotype.
